Personal information is any information which may be used to identify you and may include, for example, your name, birth date, residential and email address, telephone number, credit card details and driver’s license number.

When you enquire about our Services or when you become a client of Nitrobots, a record is made which includes your personal information.

Nitrobots collects personal information which is reasonably necessary to carry out our business, to assess and manage our clients’ needs, and provide Services including making the Platform available to our clients. We may also collect information to fulfil administrative functions associated with these Services, for example, billing, entering into contracts with you or third parties and managing client relationships.
The purposes for which Nitrobots usually collects and uses personal information depends on the nature of your interaction with us, but may include the purposes below:
(i) in order for you to take full advantage of the Services, for example, if you use the Platform to arrange a date/time to be contacted by a representative of a client of Nitrobots;
(ii) to fulfil our contractual obligations to our clients and provide related-services;

(v) researching, developing and expanding our products and services.

- Overseas Disclosures
We use cloud based technology that may store contact details of registered users within technology based overseas. These servers and technology are commonly located in United Kingdom and United States of America. All data is stored securely as described in the Security section below and can only be accessed by our authorised users or, depending on the circumstances, our client’s authorised users.
Privacy laws in other countries might not be the same as in Australia. Unless we have your consent, or an exception under the Australian Privacy Principles applies, we will only disclose your personal information to overseas recipients where we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to your personal information.
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information for the purposes identified above.
We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our Website and Platform, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies. • What is a cookie?
